Of all the recognition that we could receive, this is absolutely and unequivocally the best!

This recognition is not only an honor, but it is a massive testament to the intentionality and effort of everyone in the company to bring our purpose to life: Exceptional Relationships. Best Place to Work. Partner Success.

Of those 3 reasons to exist, creating the Best Place to Work is critically important. Because with a passionate, fulfilled, and collaborative team I am certain we will continue to deliver Exceptional Relationships and Partner Success in tandem. 

When our leadership team drafted our first long-range plan in January of 2022, being recognized as one of the best places to work was one of our 3-year goals. I am incredibly proud to have achieved that milestone just one year later.

This didn't happen on accident. Going back to when I launched Voyageur Group, I made it the company’s mission to create a culture where everyone feels supported, motivated, and excited to work each day. I wanted to create a workplace that allows for work to flex around life as it happens. Since Voyageur’s inception, our team has embodied this approach. We thrive by prioritizing results over perception and we take care of one another as things come up and things go down. I am proud of the team we have and the culture we have all built.  It's amazing to be formally recognized for this.

But this is just the beginning. We will continue this success and get even better. Our goal is to be a place where everyone who works for us feels supported and cared for, and where everyone who doesn't work here wants to.

Lastly and most importantly - I want this letter to be my personal ‘thank you’ and expression of gratitude to every Voyageur Group team member that has trusted their career and livelihood in Voyageur Group.
